Sesuai arahan Direktur Jenderal Badan Peradilan Agama Mahkamah Agung, Pengadilan Agama harus mampu menjadi peradilan yang mendunia (go international) karena saat ini pengguna layanan administrasi Pengadilan umumnya dan Pengadilan Agama Pasuruan khususnya datang dari berbagai kalangan.
Pelayanan adminstrasi di Pengadilan Agama Pasuruan di lakukan melalui Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP). Hal ini tidak lain untuk mewujudkan Badan Peradilan yang Agung dan sebagai wujud dari pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi membangun zona integritas yaitu pelayanan prima untuk kepuasan masyarakat.
Dalam mewujudkan pengadilan yang mendunia dan memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat, sebagai implementasi dari diklat yang di ikuti yaitu English Presentation maka penulis melalui Pimpinan Pengadilan Agama Pasuruan membuat inovasi dengan menambahkan tulisan dalam Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa internasional di petunjuk pelayanan PTSP

In accordance with the directive issued by the Director General of the Religious Court Agency of the Supreme Court, the Religious Court must be capable of being a court that serves a global audience (go international) because at this time, clients served by the Court’s Administrative services in general and specifically the Pasuruan Religious Court come from many sectors.
Administrative Services at the Pasuruan Religious Court are handled through a One Stop Service Center (PTSP). This was done in order to achieve a great Court and was a result of bureaucratic reform efforts to create an Integrity Zone resulting in top notch service to satisfy its audience.
In order to achieve this world class court and deliver top notch service to its audience, by implementing what was taught at the educational training on English Presentation, the writer through the leadership of the Pasuruan Religious Court is creating improvements by adding English (which is an Internationally spoken language) text to its Services Guide at the PTSP
