PA Pasuruan mendapatkan musibah dini hari tadi (30/11). Atap ruangan PTSP dan Media Center, salah satu ruangan yang paling urgen di PA Pasuruan ambruk. Ini terjadi saat kota Pasuruan diguyur hujan deras disertai angin kencang selama kurang lebih 3 jam tadi malam. Tak ayal puing-puing atap ruangan tersebut hancur berantakan memenuhi ruangan PTSP dan Media Center akibat kejadian tersebut. Bukan hanya itu, air hujan juga sempat menggenangi ruangan tersebut, bahkan nyaris merembet ke ruangan lain.


Kejadian tadi malam berlangsung sangat cepat. Beruntung tidak ada korban dalam kejadian tersebut. Para PPNPN berikut security yang berjaga malam saat itu bahkan sempat menyelamatkan beberapa berkas penting serta peralatan elektronik di ruangan tersebut. Hanya beberapa meja yang tidak sempat terselamatkan.

Dikonfirmasi pagi tadi oleh tim redaksi, Kasub Umum PA Pasuruan, Junaidi Syampurno, S.H. menjelaskan bahwa ruangan PTSP dan Media Center tersebut sejatinya masih dalam proses renovasi. Sehari sebelumnya (29/11) sebagian rangka atap dan genting memang sengaja diturunkan untuk diperbaiki atau diganti yang baru, lalu untuk sementara dibuatkan atap darurat selama proses perbaikan berjalan guna menahan hujan yang sering dating sewaktu-waktu. Namun rupaya atap darurat tersebut tidak kuat menahan derasnya hujan dan kencangnya angin tadi malam, hingga PA Pasuruan mendapatkan musibah sebagaimana disebutkan di atas.
